Apple held its annual uneventful shareholder meeting on Wednesday, and unsurprisingly shareholders voted to re-elect all of Apple’s eight-member board. Notably, those in attendance sang the CEO “Happy Birthday” in celebration of his 54th birthday which took place on Tuesday.
